Topchill Refrigeration breaks through the boundaries of extreme cold technology: -106℃ ultra-low temperature cold storage project successfully delivered

Recently, Chengdu Topchill Environmental Control Technology Co., Ltd. announced that its independently developed -106℃ ultra-low temperature cold storage system was successfully put into use in a certain technology company, setting a new low temperature in the domestic civil refrigeration field. This project marks a major breakthrough in Topchill Refrigeration's extreme environment control technology, providing new solutions for high-end industries such as biomedicine and aerospace materials.

Challenging the limit: technical breakthroughs fill the gap in the industry. Faced with the industry pain point of long-term reliance on imported equipment for ultra-low temperature cold storage, the Topchill technical team has continuously broken through itself since its establishment, innovatively developed a three-stage cascade refrigeration system, combined with AI intelligent control algorithms and aerospace-grade insulation materials, to achieve precise and stable temperature in the range of -106℃ to -108℃, with a fluctuation range of only ±0.3℃.

After testing, the system has been running continuously for 3,000 hours, and the energy consumption is 28% lower than that of traditional equipment, reaching the international leading level.

Hard-core strength: full-chain self-control The project uses Topchill's independently developed scroll cryogenic compressor and anti-freeze expansion evaporator. The core components have passed the -110℃ extreme working condition test and are equipped with an intelligent early warning module, which can monitor 200+ operating parameters in real time.

BIM modeling and prefabricated construction technology are used throughout the cold storage construction process, which shortens the construction period by 40% compared with the traditional one, and the air tightness test pass rate is 100%, which perfectly adapts to the storage needs of high-value items such as biological samples and nanomaterials.

Customer testimony: empowering industrial upgrading "This is a revolutionary breakthrough in the field of vaccine raw material storage."

The customer's technical director said, "The stability and energy saving of Topchill's cold storage far exceed expectations, and the uniformity of the storage temperature reaches 97%, which provides reliable guarantee for the key stage of research and development." At present, the cold storage has passed the CMA certification and will soon be put into long-term storage of new crown vaccine excipients.

Topchill Refrigeration General Manager pointed out: "The success of the ultra-low temperature project confirms our technical depth capabilities. In the future, we will continue to deepen the refrigeration technology below -150℃ and promote the independent development of domestic high-end cold chain equipment."

As a national high-tech enterprise, Topchill Refrigeration has served more than 30 scientific research institutions and pharmaceutical companies around the world. Its ultra-low temperature technology matrix is accelerating the pace of domestic substitution in strategic industries such as semiconductors and superconducting materials.
